🤖 Automatic Event Scan
Every night around midnight, the scan visits each community's sources below (top priority first), reads the event information those websites publish (event data, calendar feeds and WordPress event feeds), removes anything already on the calendar, and adds what's new to Candidates as Pending, marked 🤖. Nothing goes public until someone approves it.
💡 Suggested sources
Weekly discovery follows links from your sources and from organizers' websites, and suggests any site that publishes upcoming events for this community. Add a good one and it's read every night from then on.
🌐 Sources for this community
Priority 1 is scanned first. The scan reads up to 10 active sources per community. Best sources: Eventbrite and AllEvents search pages, venue and organization event pages, and calendar (.ics) feeds. Some sites block automated visitors; if a source keeps failing in the history below, switch it off.

Build your list of event websites: venue pages, Eventbrite or AllEvents searches, organization calendars, or .ics calendar feeds. Links with ⏱ 24-hour queue switched on are read automatically every night; new events land in Candidates for review.

Choose the community and month, click 📋 Copy Prompt, and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT. It already lists every event on the calendar for that month, so the AI only looks for new ones. Then paste what it gives back into Step 2.
